Redact My Information

Your personal privacy is our highest priority. If you wish to limit our customers’ ability to search for your information, please complete the request form on the right. Skopenow does not maintain a central database of information for its own use, so we do not have the right to delete your information. The information that Skopenow uses for its services comes from public, third-party sources such as consumer records, public records, and social media. We cannot delete your information from those sources, and you should consult these sources’ privacy policies or notices to request deletion. However, we can prohibit customers from searching specific phone numbers, addresses, names, and email parameters that are entered here.

Any individual may request redaction, regardless of jurisdiction. If you wish to prohibit your information from being searchable on Skopenow based on specific phone numbers, addresses, names, and/or emails, please email privacy@skopenow.com or use the form here. 

After you have submitted your request, we may need to reach out to you directly via email to verify your request and assure that it will be processed safely and accurately. Please check your email for correspondence over the next few days. If you have further questions, please email privacy@skopenow.com. Requests are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours.
