Video-sharing sites are some of the most visited websites in the world, with more than one billion monthly users who collectively watch more than one billion hours of videos each day. Video-sharing sites have had a substantial impact on society, influencing pop culture, internet trends, and creating celebrity influencers. These sites have also been heavily criticized for facilitating the spread of misinformation, copyright issues, user privacy violation, censorship, and child endangerment.
